The Role
- Support the Head Chef in delivering premium cuisine across the international events calendar

- Extensive international travel as part of the global events schedule
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a strong CDP or Sous Chef within premium hospitality, events, hotels, or high-volume catering
- Strong organisational skills and composure under pressure
- Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with extensive time away from home
- Team-focused professional with high standards and attention to detail
- Ambition to progress within an elite, international hospitality setting
- British or European passport essential (role requires extensive international travel)
Package
- Up to £50,000 basic salary
