We are assisting one of New Zealand’s leading Corporate departments to recruit lawyers to join either the Auckland or Wellington team of one of the country’s top law firms.
They are looking for lawyers to advise on a full range of market leading commercial transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, infrastructure, procurement, energy & renewables, digital & technology and other major projects and complex transactions, acting for a major national and international client base.
The team is keen to speak with NZ or overseas qualified lawyers with established Corporate and commercial experience, ideally from another top national or international firm
