PRS Recruitment is currently representing a world-renowned, luxury restaurant group for the opening of a flagship dining destination set to be one of the most exciting launches in the industry this year. With a clear ambition to achieve Michelin accolades, our client is seeking exceptional Front of House talent to join the founding team.
Position: Waiter
Location: Flagship Luxury Restaurant (New Opening)
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off
Salary: £14–£16 per hour + Tronc + Cash Tips
The Role
As a Waiter in this flagship opening, you will be at the heart of a high-profile, fast-paced, and detail-driven dining experience. You will play a key role in setting the standard for service from day one, helping to shape the culture and reputation of the restaurant.

Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in high-end or fine dining hospitality
- Confidence in being a key face of the business
- Ability to integrate into and contribute to a new opening team
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, evolving environment
