How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As Copy Editor for TTC Tour Brands (Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar and Costsaver) and Contiki Holidays, you will play a key role in shaping guest-facing content for brochures, websites and guest documents. Working with our AI language platform, you will edit and refine copy to ensure product accuracy, brand expression and consistency. You will also help identify and process media requirements for new product, and support quality control across our platforms.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Proofreading & Editing – Edit and proofread itinerary copy across brochures, guest documents and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.

    · Media Coordination – Identify requirements for new itinerary images and maps, and support delivery of complete, engaging content.

    · AI Tool Management – Maintain and optimise the internal AI copy-generation tool, ensuring profiles are correctly built and meet brand copywriting standards.

    · Quality Assurance – Apply set guidelines and procedures to deliver consistently high-quality outputs.

    · Problem-Solving & Collaboration – Proactively resolve content or technical issues, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.

    · Communication – Build strong working relationships across teams to support efficient communication and project coordination.

    · Produce accurate, engaging content aligned to brand voice and product positioning.

    · Ensure media requirements (images and maps) are correctly identified and delivered to enhance content quality.

    · Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with consistently error-free copy.

    · Maintain clear, professional communication and strong collaboration within and across teams.

    · Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

    You bring proven copy editing and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of English. Comfortable working with AI tools and digital platforms, you combine technical capability with creativity. Experience in travel, publishing, or content production is highly valued, along with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
