How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Sales Demonstration Pilot UK Based(Captain) Praetor 500/600& Phenom 300

Working in partnership with the Sales and Flight Operations teams, the Sales Demonstration Pilot Captain serves as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) for Embraer Executive Aircraft sales demonstration, executive demo, and customer acceptance flights. As the senior flight operations representative, the Captain leads demonstration missions to events, meetings, airshows, and customer locations—showcasing aircraft capability, performance, safety, and cabin comfort to prospective customers and stakeholders.

Demonstration missions may include Executive Demos, where emphasis is placed on the customer and cabin experience, as well as Pilot Demos, which highlight cockpit functionality, aircraft performance, and operational capability. Demo Captains also play a critical role in production acceptance flights, aircraft deliveries, and entry‑into‑service activities, providing operational leadership and technical expertise.

This role includes significant opportunity for global sales demonstrations, including transatlantic and worldwide operations. Demo Captains are trained to the highest professional standards, supported by comprehensive type training and specialist development courses.

This is not a routine point‑to‑point flying position. Success in this role requires a strong desire to operate in a customer‑facing, ambassadorial capacity, representing Embraer’s values, products, and safety culture. The most effective Demo Captains possess a deep commitment to safety, customer experience, professional leadership, team success, and the continued growth of Embraer within the Executive Aircraft market.

    Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Captain who will serve as Pilot‑in‑Command within our UK‑based Demonstration Pilot team. This position is suited for aviation professionals ready to assume command responsibility, mentor flight crew colleagues, and act as a trusted interface between customers, sales leadership, and flight operations management—while executing complex, high‑visibility demonstration missions worldwide.

    • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
    • Defined work schedule with protected hard off days
    • Operate within a world‑class, IS‑BAO Stage III Global Flight Operation

This is a full‑time position based in the United Kingdom, operating primarily from London Stansted (EGSS).

Applicants must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a 3‑hour normal drive time of EGSS.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) for Praetor 500/600 and Phenom 300 demonstration, customer, acceptance, delivery, and operational flights.
    • Maintain full authority and accountability for the safety, legality, and operational success of all assigned missions.
    • Lead flight planning, execution, and real‑time decision‑making in accordance with Embraer Flight Operations Manual (FOM), SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Act as the primary flight operations representative to customers, sales leadership, regulators, and internal stakeholders during demonstration missions.
    • Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Flight Operations leadership to tailor the demonstration experience to customer objectives and ensure a world‑class customer experience that supports sales outcomes.
    • Lead and mentor assigned flight crew members; set the standard for professionalism, CRM, safety culture, and Embraer’s One Teamvalues.
    • Support customers during new aircraft operational transitions, including guidance on procedures, manuals, documentation, and entry‑into‑service considerations.
    • Ensure aircraft operational readiness, technical integrity, and passenger safety throughout all phases of operation.
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, aircraft limitations, and Embraer product specifications.
    • Complete flight and administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
