Job Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

An established and expanding professional consultancy based in Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors resulting in the development of commercial skills and experience. Core Service Areas
The role will involve working across three primary service streams:
- Business Advisory
- Quantity Surveying – Pre- and Post-Contract Commercial Services
- Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports
- Assisting with contract administration and cost control
- Supporting commercial management and dispute resolution activities
- Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience in pre- and post-contract services
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- Effective communication and client-facing skills
