How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Supply Chain Administrator (FTC) – High-Growth Food SME

    Milton Keynes

    • £28,000
    • Up 20% bonus
    • 25 days holiday

This is a chance to step into a role where you can keep things moving, keep people informed, and keep a growing FMCG operation running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the detail that makes a supply chain function well, while enjoying the stability of a maternity cover contract with solid support around you. If you like working with numbers, structure and well-run processes this plays to your strengths.

You’ll join a business that is scaling fast and investing in its operations. The work is varied, hands-on and genuinely valued. You’ll get clear responsibilities, space to get things done, and a team that wants you to succeed.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Managing inbound packaging forecasting and stock control.

    • Owning supplier documentation and maintaining accurate records.

    • Processing invoices, reconciliations and supporting financial efficiencies.

    • Coordinating product samples, quality checks and consumer feedback.

    What you’ll need to bring

    • Experience in a similar supply chain or operations support role.

    • Strong organisation, accuracy and confidence working with data.

    • A proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

    • Solid IT skills and the ability to work from Milton Keynes at least three days per week.

    Who they are

They are a fast-growing FMCG brand with quality and product integrity at the centre of what they do. The business has scaled quickly and continues to expand its reach across UK retail. Their operations function is tight, collaborative and commercially minded, and they have built a culture where organised people who care about doing things properly thrive.
