LHH is partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Talent Development Adviser to join its high-performing People function.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a dynamic and impactful learning and development curriculum, with a particular focus on early careers space.
Working as part of a collaborative and ambitious Talent Development team, you will contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of programmes that support the firm’s growth strategy and empower its people to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme manage a range of learning and development initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and follow-up
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both independently and in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Support the development and evolution of the firm’s business skills curriculum
- Build strong relationships across the firm to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business needs
- Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure high-quality delivery
- Monitor programme effectiveness, incorporating feedback and driving continuous improvement
- Support wider talent development initiatives, including insights-based training and global collaboration
About You
- Experience within Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven experience managing the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation
- Confident facilitator with strong presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with external providers and managing budgets is advantageous
- Insights accreditation (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
