How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We’re looking for a detail‑driven and proactive Reporting & Factsheets Specialist/DTP to join a Global Asset Manager. This is a pivotal role where accuracy, organisation, and client experience come together. You will be UK based and the hours of work are 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday.

You’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality reports and factsheets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles — working closely with clients and internal teams in London and New York.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Creating, editing, and maintaining reports and factsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Extracting, checking, and updating data from platforms including Bloomberg, FactSet, and internal client systems
    • Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
    • Owning your workload collaboratively with one other team member, including inbox and job management
    • Building trusted, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

    What we’re looking for

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience working with financial data and reporting tools (Bloomberg, FactSet or similar)
    • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and calm under pressure
    • A natural problem‑solver who enjoys variety and responsibility
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset

This is a largely a remote role working 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday. The successful hire will be required to be onsite in London for training.
