How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    3rd Line Support Engineer – London (Hybrid Remote) - £55,000

    Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling SaaS vendor & consultancy in the Property Management sector in London as they look to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer to work with their Client Services team and with the opportunity to progress into a Service Desk Manager role as the team continues to grow. The role will initially involve working on operational support for a number of business systems, such as HubSpot, financial & property management platforms. You would be responsible for the ongoing support, technical documentation, testing and release support of the systems as well as continuous improvements & upgrades.

    This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aide their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development opportunities.

    As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in office and the rest working remotely. They also offer a flexible schedule – as long as clients’ needs are met and work is getting done you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload the way that works best for you!

    To Be Considered…

    * Demonstrable experience in a 3rd Line Support / L3 Support role

    * Excellent experience working with a variety platforms (eg HubSpot, Salesforce) as well as financial management software

    * Experience working on SaaS, System Integrations or Cloud-based platforms

    * Strong communication skills

    * Knowledge of ITIL

    * Experience in test management and technical documentation
