I'm working with a well-regarded City law firm looking to appoint a Projects Paralegal to support their growing team.
The Role
You'll be supporting on a range of UK and international projects, including:
Infrastructure and energy projects
Project finance transactions
Public sector and PPP/PFI matters
Drafting and reviewing project documentation
Managing data rooms and coordinating due diligence
Supporting deal execution and completion processes
You'll work closely with Associates and Partners, gaining exposure to complex, high-value transactions.
