How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Marketing Executive

    Biggleswade (Commutable from Bedford, St Neots, Stevenage, Luton, Cambridge, Letchworth Garden City or surrounding areas)

    £38,000 - £42,000 + Training + Progression + Hybrid working

    Are you a Marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to work for an internationally renowned company allowing you to play a key role in the delivery of marketing campaigns and continued growth of the business?

    This is a varied and vital position where you will receive continuous on the job training and a clear and structured progression into senior positions.

    This multi-million pound powerhouse manufacture a range of equipment into the Construction industry. As a result of growth across the business this is a new position.

    In this role you will be working on a Monday - Friday basis with flexible working allowing you to operate from both your home and their modern HQ. You will work alongside a specialised team in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns, website, branding and CRM updates.

    This opportunity would suit an experienced Marketing Executive looking to play a varied and key role for an industry-leading company willing to provide further development and direct routes of progression.

    The Role:

    Designing and implementing new digital marketing campaigns/projects.
    Assisting with the company's digital activities and web development.
    Mon-Fri (hybrid working).

    The Person:

    Marketing experience.
    Engineering, Construction or Manufacturing (preferred).
    Commutable to Biggleswade.
