Hays Education is proud to be working with a variety of primary schools across Rugby, and we are currently recruiting KS2 Teaching Assistants to join our trusted supply agency. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across Key Stage 2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning. Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to long-term placements.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils with their learning in class and in small groups
Assisting pupils with additional needs where required
Helping to create a positive, safe and supportive classroom environment
Supporting lesson preparation and classroom organisation
To be considered, you should:
Have experience working with children in a UK primary school (KS2 preferred)
Be patient, adaptable and enthusiastic about supporting learning
Hold (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
Be able to provide two professional references
