Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie in this holiday park kitchen in Christchurch, you will:
Prepare and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
Support the smooth running of day-to-day kitchen operations
Work closely with the team to deliver efficient service during busy periods
Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Support junior chefs and help build a positive kitchen culture
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you'll need:
Previous experience as a CDP or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
Confidence working within a busy holiday park or hospitality environment
A strong team ethic and good communication skills
A positive attitude with attention to detail
