The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking two-form entry primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education and laying the foundations for future success.
You will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a stimulating, language-rich environment that supports exploration and discovery
Use ongoing assessment to inform teaching and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Work collaboratively with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team
Contribute to the wider life of the school
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds QTS
Has a passion for Early Years education and child development
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
Is creative, energetic, and inspiring in their teaching approach
Is reflective and committed to continuous professional development
Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Applications are welcome from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers. A full induction and mentoring programme is available for ECTs.
