How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Resident Experience Coodinator

    Hours: 15 hours per week

    Within the role of Resident Experience Co-Ordinator you will ensure all residents receive a high quality, and meaningful activities programme, to promote social inclusion for all residents and encourage fun and motivational activities which are specific to the scheme/village and are co-produced with residents.

    You will work with external stakeholders promoting community engagement within the service and encourage resident involvement and assist in the development of models and procedures for effective engagement.

    What we’re looking for

    The essential requirements for the role include:

    * A good knowledge of older people and the issues pertaining to them

    * Experience of working with vulnerable people

    * A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)

    * Experience of developing and delivering themed activities/events capable of engaging a diverse audience with diverse needs (desirable)

    * Proven track record in delivering a creative and inclusive approach to older people’s wellness and activities (desirable)

    * Experience in managing budgets (desirable)
