This role offers a great mix of customer interaction, administration and coordination within a supportive and busy team environment.
The Role
* Processing customer orders using Sage (training provided)
* Managing incoming calls and emails from established clients
* Building strong, lasting client relationships UK and international
* Meeting and greeting clients and international visitors
* Keeping up to date with product ranges and pricing
* Maintaining and updating CRM records
* Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks
* Organising meeting rooms, and assisting in other areas when needed
About You
* Confident, professional and customer-focused
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Quick to learn and happy to absorb product knowledge
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* A positive team player with a hands-on approach
