The Opportunity
Regen Solutions are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable contractor within the social housing sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer. This is a field-based role covering Exeter and nearby areas, focused on service and repair (S&R) work within occupied residential properties.
The Role
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently on a first-time fix basis where possible
Deliver high standards of work within social housing environments
Ensure full compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures
Accurately complete job reports and documentationCandidate Requirements
Current Gas Safe registration
Strong background in domestic service and repair
OFTEC qualification (essential)
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
