We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Primary SEN school in Rochdale.

SEN Teaching Assistant - About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
* Assist in delivering personalised learning programmes designed to meet individual needs
* Support children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
SEN Teaching Assistant - What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN or specialist primary setting
* A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning and behaviour with an outgoing personality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential
