The Role:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that inspire a love for science and encourage curiosity and critical thinking.
Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
Monitor and track student progress, using data to ensure all students are meeting their potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality science education and contribute to departmental development.
Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events, helping to enrich the overall student experience.
