The Role:
As a Year 4 Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the academic, social, and emotional development of Year 4 pupils.
Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where children feel safe to learn and express themselves.
Use a variety of teaching methods to motivate and inspire pupils, fostering a love of learning.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning across the school.
