We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Banbury.
This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing their own desk within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, supporting local businesses with their staffing requirements while sourcing and placing quality candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through job boards and social media
* Interviewing and registering candidates
* Matching candidates to suitable roles
* Managing bookings and maintaining strong communication with clients and workers
* Achieving weekly and monthly targets

* Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable
