How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We’re recruiting a Customer Development Executive to manage and grow our Magnum across North London. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers, negotiate additional displays, increase distribution and visibility, and drive sales for well‑known household brands.


    This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store.     What You’ll Be Doing


    As a Customer Development Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs.

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
    • Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
    • Driving distribution, availability and compliance across the agreed product ranges
    • Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
    • Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
    • Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Manage CAPEX assets such as Freezers on Loan and premium POS, ensuring outlets meet contractual terms and conditions


    What We’re Looking For


    We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply - you might be just the right person for our team.

    You’ll need:

    • Experience working in field sales or similar role
    • Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
    • Stakeholder management experience
    • Excellent time management and territory planning ability
    • Be self-motivated and results-driven
    • A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)


    Nice to Have:

    • Experience working in Convenience, leisure, Quick service restaurants
    • Merchandising or POS execution experience
    • Direct selling skills
