Job Description
Support the Quality Manager and deputise in his absence (Hosting 3rd party and Customer Audits).
Assist in maintaining the company Quality Management System and compliance with appropriate standards.
Complete internal audits and special process workstation assessments as per schedule and produce reports.
Follow up internal departments, regarding NCR’s raised from external/internal sources.
Conduct supplier assessments, audits & draft Quality Plans and Method’s Statement’s.
Controlling the release of technical documents to production and complete customer FAI’s.
Maintenance of the calibration system and support mechanical inspector at the goods inwards department.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance techniques and ability to make recommendations.
Fully conversant with measurement equipment (Micrometres, calipers, Height Gauges etc).
