Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets, including the hotel bar, restaurant, banqueting operations, conference spaces, and our coffee shop, Paddy & Scott’s. You will lead your teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and strong financial performance.

This is a full-time position, working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and key bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily F&B operations across all outlets. 
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail, product knowledge, and team engagement. 
Supervise, motivate, and develop team members to uphold high service standards and brand consistency. 
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent food quality. 
Support menu rollouts, promotional activity, and continuous service improvements. 
Monitor stock levels, purchasing, and cost control to achieve budgeted profitability. 
Assist with scheduling, labour management, and performance monitoring. 
Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations. 
Support the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and private events. 
About You

Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within a hotel or restaurant environment. 
Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, and events settings. 
Confident leader who leads by example and maintains high standards. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. 
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of cost control, margin management, and guest satisfaction metrics. 
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
