About the Role
Long Term Futures are working with a fantastic, nurturing primary school in Camden seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism (ASD) on a 1:1 basis. Key Responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 support for a child with ASD in an EYFS setting
Supporting communication and interaction through structured approaches (e.g. visual aids, routines)
Encouraging engagement through play-based and sensory learning activities
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour in a calm, consistent manner
Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
Monitoring progress and contributing to tailored support plansAbout the School
