The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution of retrofit works on site under SHF & ECO. They report directly to the Site Manager. Their responsibilities focus on inspections, remedials, programme adherence, safety compliance, and first-line complaint handling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily delivery of SHF/ECO installations.
* Liaise directly with the Site Manager and carry out assigned tasks.
* Create and maintain good relations with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of daily tasks for reporting
* Ensure suitable working practices and methods are observed.
* Enforce compliance with RAMS, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Conduct daily safety Work in Progress inspections in line with company expectations.
* Ensure customer safety protocols and measures are followed.
* Challenge poor practices and educate operatives in correct processes.
* Delegate tasks to operatives and monitor completion to standard.
* Monitor daily material deliveries to ensure correctness and sufficiency.
* Prevent wastage and ensure resource efficiency.
* Carry out post install inspections in line with project delivery to highlight remedial works.
* Feedback to operatives and ensure remedials are completed promptly.
* Highlight trending issues and work with the Site Manager on preventive measures.
* Conduct in-day checks to minimise defects.
* Maintain regular contact with the Site Manager and operatives.
* Report issues immediately to prevent delays.

- Must have or be willing to do a basic DBS check before starting employment

£38000.00 - £38000.00 per year
