Job Description
💷 What You’ll Earn
£44,252 basic salary
OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
Shift premiums:
£10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)
£15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
Weekend premiums:
£1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
£2,060/year for both
Compensation paid after 11 hours
Night out allowance
Overtime available if you want extra shifts🚚 The Role

Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
Regular trunking between Culina group sites
Minimal handball
Occasional nights outShift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work‑life balance.
