Academics are currently seeking a driven and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Caerphilly on a full-time basis, starting after May half-term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to take on a key role within the classroom, supporting both pupils and teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted interventions and support small group learning
Lead activities in the absence of the teacher where required
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, including those with additional learning needs
Assist with planning and adapting learning resources
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staffRequirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working in a primary school setting
Enhanced DBS certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)What We Offer:
