Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
Respond to emergency callouts and fault situations
Complete logbooks, RAMS, and relevant documentation
Attend client meetings and provide technical support
Conduct emergency lighting testing
Perform electrical works including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, and BMS
Maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
Work on air conditioning systems including DX, chilled water, and adiabatic AHUs
Maintain generators, controls, and UPS systems
Work on AC/DC systems including single and three-phase motors
Support HV/LV systems maintenance
Carry out basic building fabric tasks (e.g., toilets, drainage, tiling, sinks)Requirements:
Trade qualified with ideally 3+ years’ experience in building services
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of building services systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems)
Proven fault-finding ability across mechanical and/or electrical systems
