Salary: Circa £53,000 per annum
Location: North Walsall area
Shift Pattern: 12 hour continental shift pattern (4-on & 4-off)

The Opportunity:
This role offers the chance to work within a busy, high-output manufacturing environment, maintaining and improving a variety of industrial systems and equipment.
Key duties include:
* Carrying out both planned maintenance and reactive repairs using a CMMS system
* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults across components such as pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and fluid power systems
* Assisting with installation, upgrades, and relocation of machinery
* Contributing to reliability improvements and efficiency initiatives
* Maintaining high standards of safety and operational performance across the plant
To be considered for this position, you should have:
* A recognised Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline (e.g. NVQ or apprenticeship)
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial setting
* Strong hands-on mechanical skills, particularly with hydraulics and pneumatics
* Confidence interpreting engineering drawings and technical information
* A proactive, team-oriented approach to maintenance and problem-solving
* Familiarity with industrial production equipment and automated systems
