We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a building services provider, covering multiple sites across Central London.
This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and fault finding of both mechanical and electrical building services equipment, working across a range of environments.
The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
* Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
* Service and maintain building services plant including:
* AHUs
* FCUs
* Pumps
* Water systems (including L8 duties)
* Complete all logbooks, reports, and required certifications
* Attend emergency callouts and see issues through to completion
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments
* Liaise with clients and tenants to manage expectations and maintain service levels
* Support with inspections, audits, and reporting where required
What They’re Looking For
* Experience working within Building Services / Facilities Maintenance
* Strong knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
* Experience working on mechanical and electrical plant
* Familiarity with:
* AHUs / FCUs
* Pumps
* Water systems / L8
* Ability to work across multiple sites and manage workload effectively
* Relevant experience and technical knowledge within building services
