About the Role
* Teaching a small group of pupils with complex and additional learning needs
* Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
* Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Supporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional development, and independence
* Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records in line with school policies
* Contributing to behaviour management strategies and individual support plans
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching in a primary or SEND setting (desirable but not essential)
* Demonstrates a strong interest in developing a career in SEND education
* Is patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Is able to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
* Understands safeguarding responsibilities and promotes pupil wellbeing
