Are you a CAD Technician with experience producing elevations and floor plans across different sectors? Do you want to join a growing practice where you can work in an empowered environment and develop your career as the business expands?

This company is a specialist surveying practice offering comprehensive measured building surveys. They work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small to large-scale works, with both public and private sector clients. Due to a recent influx of work, they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role, your time will be primarily home-based, with occasional visits to the office for meetings. Your main responsibilities will include managing and quality-checking CAD drawings produced by the team, ensuring all work meets a high standard, and providing feedback where necessary. You will also produce your own detailed drawings of elevations and floor plans.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a CAD Technician with experience producing detailed elevation and floor plan drawings across multiple sectors, who is self-motivated and able to work independently to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD Technician to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. You will work on a variety of projects while having the opportunity to progress to a CAD Manager role as the business expands.

The Role:

Quality checking drawings produced by subcontractors
Producing your own detailed drawings
Initially office-based, then transitioning to home working

AutoCAD essential; Revit highly desirable
Able to produce detailed elevation and floor plan drawings
Able to commute to the Rayleigh office when required
