The Role - School Premises Assistant
As a School Premises Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and security of the school site. You will carry out routine checks, minor repairs, and ensure the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Duties will include opening and closing the school, managing deliveries, setting up rooms for events, and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to. You may also be required to liaise with contractors and support with general upkeep of the school grounds.
A good understanding of health and safety, strong practical skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.
