What you'll be doing:
Supporting students in class, both one-to-one and in small groups
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Working closely with teachers to bring lessons to life
Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-belief in every studentWhat we're looking for:

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people
