A law firm with a top rate reputation throughout the East Anglia area is looking to hire a paralegal to their conveyancing team in their Ipswich office.
The successful candidate will provide essential paralegal support to conveyancers within the team, with some of the duties including:
* Opening and closing files and carrying out AML checks
* Preparing and sending initial client documentation
* Inputting and maintaining case data
* Carrying out property searches
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors over the phone to provide updates.
* Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion work
* General administrative support within the team to help ensure smooth and efficient transactions
Any applicants should be able to demonstrate:-
* A minimum of 3 months’ experience within a conveyancing department
* Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
* Friendly and professional, with the ability to work well in a team
