London
If you're a Corporate Paralegal in London with a few years under your belt, you'll know the difference between being "busy" and actually developing.
If you're currently stuck doing process-driven work without much visibility on deals, this is an opportunity to step into a more involved, front-foot role.
I'm working with a top-tier international firm in London looking to bring in a Corporate Paralegal with 3+ years' experience to support on high-value, cross-border transactions.
The Role
You'll be embedded within a busy Corporate team, supporting on:
M&A transactions (including large, multi-jurisdictional deals)
Due diligence processes and reporting
Drafting ancillary documents and board minutes
Managing data rooms and coordinating deal execution
Post-completion filings and transaction bibles
You'll be working directly with Associates and Partners, with real visibility on transactions from start to finish.
Why this role stands out
Exposure to premium, international deal work
Structured, well-resourced team with strong support
Clear progression route, including Training Contract potential
Competitive London salary and bonus
What they're looking for
Minimum 3 years' Corporate Paralegal experience
Strong grounding in M&A processes
Experience within a recognised City or international firm
Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident under pressure
The reality
This suits someone who wants to move away from purely administrative support and into a role where you're genuinely contributing to deals
Salary description
£25000.00 - £28000.00 per year
