Pay & Hours
* Hourly Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
* Shift Allowance: 22% for rotating shifts
* Shift Pattern (Rotating):
* Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
What You’ll Do
* Set and operate Brake Press machines
* Adjust tooling and machine settings to meet production requirements
* Produce parts to the required production rates and report any issues affecting output
* Ensure components meet quality standards and specifications
* Read and work from engineering drawings
* Maintain accurate production and quality records
* Carry out quality checks on finished parts
* Ensure good 5S standards are maintained in the work area
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
* Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
* Previous experience as a Brake Press Setter / Operator
* Ability to set machines and adjust tooling independently
* Experience reading engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and reliable approach to work
