We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a contract role delivering commercial fit-out projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong track record in managing electrical installations and coordinating site operations within fast-paced commercial environments.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of electrical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role is focused on commercial fit-out projects, requiring close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day electrical site operations
Manage electrical installations on commercial fit-out projects across London
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Monitor quality standards and ensure successful project handover
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
Strong background in commercial fit-out projects
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
