What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates' skills and aspirations
Building your network across brokers, insurers, and MGAs
Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team with candidate management
Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the insurance worldPerfect If You're:
