Bidwells' Residential Team provides an unrivalled service for the sale and letting of a wide range of property, from new homes and period cottages to town and country houses. Each property is handled by a partner or senior agent with expertise, knowledge and experience of the local market.
The New Homes team work with clients to design, plan, launch and sell New Homes. The team manage a portfolio of new homes projects ranging from a one-unit bespoke new build, to 500 + unit schemes - providing specialist expertise on everything from the initial development appraisal to the pricing and marketing of a finished scheme.
The role will assist in the building of the New Homes portfolio whilst developing excellent client relationships and assisting in the winning of new business. The New Homes Sales Assistant will also assist in the managing of schemes from inception to completion providing strong applicant and client care. The role will also be responsible for providing administration support to the team.
What you’ll be doing
Client Care
- Entering property requirements on to our CRM sales system and providing applicants with sales details
- Taking detailed messages from telephone calls or meeting applicants in Reception
- Efficient use of CRM to include initial registering, matching properties to applicants and subsequent maintenance of New Homes sites during marketing
Marketing
- Assist with creation of adverts and digital campaigns.
- Updating New Homes property lists, price lists, brochures, websites and displays.
- Designing leaflets/flyers of developments with guidance from New Homes team and sending mail outs/HTMLs
- Downloading and editing photographs with the use of AI systems and keeping photographic records of all development sites
Client Relationship Management
- Applicant management, creating viewings and maximising cross selling opportunities
- Maintaining applicant database
- Make regular visits to sites to understand which homes are available for sale and visit show homes
- Support digital marketing and social platforms, HTML campaigns, maximising exposure of the Bidwells New Homes brand and appropriate new homes sites alongside our marketing team
- Support the sale and marketing of the day-to-day delivery of all schemes, ensuring client's requirements are met within agreed timescales
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure accurate information is available
- Promote the services of Bidwells, the Residential Division and the New Homes team to new and existing clients
About You
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Photoshop (or equivalent)
- Good organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Confident telephone manner and detailed message taking
- Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Full clean driving license
- Previous experience in a similar industry would be desirable, but not essential
