How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

EYFS & KS2 SEND Teachers - New Specialist Provision (W12)
    £210–£320 per day | Full-Time or Part-Time | September 2026 Start

Build a Provision. Shape a Future. Lead From the Start.

Rising Hope Education is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded mainstream primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham (W12) to recruit two exceptional SEND teachers for the launch of a brand-new specialist provision opening in September 2026.

This is a rare opportunity to step into something at the very beginning - not inherit a system, but help create one.

We are currently looking to secure the right teachers as soon as possible, with interviews already underway.

    The Opportunities

We are recruiting for two positions:

    EYFS SEND Teacher
You will lead a small Early Years class supporting pupils with autism and sensory needs. This role will suit a teacher who can create a nurturing, structured and communication-rich environment, with a strong focus on early development, engagement and routine.

    KS2 SEND Teacher
You will lead a Key Stage 2 class of around 10 pupils. Some children within the class are non-verbal or pre-verbal, so this role requires a teacher who is confident supporting pupils with complex communication needs, using approaches such as visuals, structured routines, PECS, Makaton or similar strategies.

    The Setting

    * Brand-new SEND provision within a highly respected mainstream primary school

    * Classes of approximately 10 pupils

    * 1:2 adult-to-child ratio with multiple Teaching Assistants in each class

    * Carefully planned environment designed to support autism, sensory needs and communication development

This is a setting designed to allow teachers to teach with purpose, not constantly firefight.

    Why This Role Stands Out

This is the school’s first specialist SEND provision, with further expansion already planned for September 2027.

You will have the opportunity to:

    * Help design the classroom environment and learning space

    * Shape the curriculum, routines and structure

    * Select resources and approaches best suited to your pupils

    * Work closely with a supportive and forward-thinking SLT

    * Be part of a provision that will grow and create future leadership opportunities

This is more than a role, it’s a chance to become a founding teacher within a provision.

    Working Pattern

    * Full-time and part-time considered

    * Part-time: typically 3 consecutive days per week (flexible)

    Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for teachers who:

    * Have experience within SEND settings (EYFS, KS2 or specialist)

    * Are confident supporting pupils with autism and sensory needs

    * (For KS2) Have experience supporting non-verbal or pre-verbal children

    * Are creative, reflective and child-centred

    * Want to be part of something they can shape and influence

    * Are looking for a role with long-term purpose and progression

    The School

    * Highly regarded primary school in W12

    * Strong, visible and supportive Headteacher, SENCo and leadership team

    * Clear commitment to inclusive education and SEND development

    * A culture where staff are valued, supported and trusted

    Next Steps

We are actively interviewing now and are looking to secure the right candidates within the next week.

Given the uniqueness of this opportunity, we expect strong interest, early applications are strongly encouraged.

    Interested?

If you’re ready to step into a role where you can genuinely make your mark and help build something meaningful from the ground up, we’d love to speak with you.

Apply now or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
