Management Accountant (Netsuite)

A fast-growing software company based in London is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a broad management accounting role within an innovative, technology-driven business.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end close process, and providing insightful analysis to help drive business performance. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is confident using NetSuite as part of their day-to-day finance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
Own the month-end process, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
Use NetSuite to support reporting, transactional review, and financial control.
Produce variance analysis and provide clear commentary on financial performance.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
Assist with audit preparation and year-end reporting requirements.
Contribute to improvements in finance processes and systems.

Candidate Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong management accounting experience gained in a commercial environment.
Hands-on experience using NetSuite is essential.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both finance and non-finance teams.
