An established and well‑regarded business based in Deeside is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its finance team on a temporary basis. The role has arisen due on going internal support, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day finance function.

Description

The Accounts Assistant duties include:

Daily bank reconciliations
Processing and loading payments
Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
Assisting with general ledger postings
Ad‑hoc finance support as required

Profile

The ideal Accounts Assistant must have:

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Strong Sage 50 experience
Good understanding of transactional accounting processes
Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day tasks
Immediate availability or short notice
