We are seeking an ambitious Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive Science department, with a strong focus on raising attainment and delivering high-quality education across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You will play a key role in inspiring students, supporting a wide range of learning needs, and contributing to a positive and ambitious school culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting students of all abilities, including those with SEN
• Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to improve outcomes
• Contributing to curriculum planning and development
• Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with students, staff and the wider school community
• Upholding high professional and teaching standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge across Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics)
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to support and engage students with a range of needs
• A proactive, reflective and motivated approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
