This is a long-term role offering strong earning potential, career progression, and a solid package, ideal for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys overseeing projects from conception through to completion.
The role:
Managing air conditioning and ventilation projects from conception to completion
Project values ranging from £2.5k to £1m
Overseeing commercial installation projects nationwide
Managing programmes, labour, subcontractors, and client relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Regular travel to sites across the UKRequirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within air conditioning and/or ventilation
Strong commercial and organisational skills
Experience managing multiple projects of varying values
Full UK driving licence
Flexible attitude towards nationwide travelLocation:
Ideally living in the Midlands, with flexibility to travel to projects nationwide.
The Air Conditioning & Ventilation Project Manager will be on up to £60,000, depending on experience + company car + package.
