TPF Recruitment is working with a Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an experienced Insolvency Senior Manager. This is a senior leadership role within a well established restructuring and insolvency team, offering exposure to complex assignments, strong client relationships, and clear progression.

The Role

You will lead insolvency and restructuring engagements, manage delivery, and act as a key client contact. You will mentor Managers and junior staff, ensure technical excellence, and contribute to business development and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex insolvency and restructuring assignments

Manage stakeholders including directors, lenders and advisors

Oversee budgets, WIP, billing and project delivery

Ensure compliance with UK insolvency legislation and risk processes

Coach, mentor and develop members of the team

Identify and support new business and referral opportunities

RequirementsRestructuring and Insolvency - Senior Manager

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency within practice

Strong technical, client facing and leadership skills

Commercial mindset with an interest in growth and progression
