Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, masking, and finishing surfaces to exact standards
Mixing and applying two-pack polyurethane coatings with precision
Operating air-assisted and airless spray systems
Inspecting coating thickness, finish quality, and consistency
Working to production schedules and delivery deadlines
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in your area
What we're looking for:

Proven experience with two-pack polyurethane spraying systems
Strong understanding of mixing ratios, curing times, and spray techniques
Ability to read and follow technical specifications accurately
Excellent attention to detail and pride in finish quality
