talentED are currently supporting a Secondary School who are looking for Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to positively impact the learning of SEN children in a mainstream setting. The position will be a combination of 1:1, 2:1 and small group support in the classroom.
The position is at first being offered as a long-term role with the view of offering a permanent contract once the long-term booking has been fulfilled. The position is due to start as soon as possible. If you have experience working with SEN children and are looking to commit to a school on a long-term basis, this may be the perfect role for you!
About you
* Previous experience supporting SEN, Primary or Secondary aged children
* Willing to work full time between the hours of 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Have a strong interest in working in education and positively impacting children's lives
Pay & Working Hours
Learning Support Assistants are typically paid from £12.71 per hour via PAYE. Income figures are intended as a guide only.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, but it may become permanent at a later date upon school discretion.
